Refund/Cancellation policy due to client circumstances

• Up to 30 days prior to the reservation: 100% refund of the deposit paid

• 29 to 20 days prior to the reservation: 60% refund of the deposit paid

• 19 to 8 days prior to the reservation: 40% refund of the deposit paid

• Less than 7 days prior to the reservation: No refund of the deposit paid

* The standard to calcuate date and time is Seoul, South Korea in north-east asia.

* If the cancellation is due to company internal reasons, a 100% refund will be provided.

• Tickets are 100% refundable up to 7 days before the reservation date, but refunds are not possible 6 days before or on the day.

* If the cancellation is due to company internal reasons, a 100% refund will be provided.

• Partial cancellations are not allowed.

• Unused tickets cannot be refunded.

There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy for personal/medical reasons, severe weather, flight cancellations, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued according to the company's cancellation policy.

Written cancellation notices must be submitted to ICU Company via email or through our Korehalal trip mobile application. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

If the customer cancels a tour that has already started for personal reasons, the company will not issue a refund.
